SFT// Wim Wenders and Jean-Luc Godard – Room 666

Room 666 excerpt (1982)

Wim Wenders rented a hotel room numbered 666 when he shot this documentary film about directors at the Cannes Film Festival. In the film, Wenders records the answers to a written question posed to filmmakers who are recorded alone in the room. Here, Godard attempts to answer that question, illuminating his thoughts and ambitions for a medium he had helped to revolutionize.
